Lectures and special interest days are held at the Community Centre, Love Lane, Petersfield GU31 4BW unless otherwise instructed.

Lecture meetings begin promptly at 10.50am, by which time members should be seated. For fire safety reasons the hall has a maximum capacity of 180 people, which cannot be exceeded. Details of fire exits and escape routes are shown before each meeting.

Members must ensure that their mobile phone is turned off or in silent
mode before the lecture commences.

Upon arrival, members can obtain a notice to reserve their own seat in the main hall should they wish to have coffee before the meeting. Coffee and biscuits are available from 10.15am to 10.40am in the Exhibition Room. A donation of 50p per person is requested, which will go to our Young Arts Fund.

Members wishing to bring a guest to a lecture must seek permission from the membership secretary at least twenty-four hours in advance.

  • A limit of three guests per member per year will normally be applied with a £5 fee per guest visit.
  • No more than five guests may attend a lecture.
  • Guests are not allowed to attend the AGM.

Coaches for visits will leave from the Festival Hall car park and from Hill Brow Road car park in Liss, unless otherwise stated.
